At the age of 18 I moved from Madrid to the mountains of Northern California pursuing my passion for outdoor sports and mountains. Immersed in the beauty of natural landscapes, I discovered yoga as a profound tool for self-love, movement exploration and inner harmony.

My path then led me to India, where five transformative months in Kerala shaped my practice and philosophy as I earned my 200-hour certification under the guidance of a dedicated yogi.

I teach yoga and somatics from the heart, offering them as sacred practices of introspection, helping you connect with your divine soul and awaken inner bliss. My approach is deeply rooted in the belief that movement has the power to unlock freedom, expression, and vitality.

Over the years, my passion for holistic living and healing arts expanded to include integrative massage therapy, dance and somatic practices, which tap into the wisdom of the body as a gateway to emotional release and self-discovery.

In 2022, I added Sound Healing Therapy to my toolkit, incorporating the transformative power of vibration and frequency to deepen the healing journey.​
